Google API Services User Data Policy

Linedot's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use Disclosure: We only use information received from Google APIs to provide and improve our user-facing features. We do not use this information for serving advertisements or for any other purpose beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

We do not use cookies for advertising, re-targeting, or third-party tracking. Because we only use essential cookies, we do not require a cookie consent banner.

Statement of Non-Applicability: Cookie Consent

Linedot Inc uses only Strictly Necessary Cookies required for the proper functioning of the application (e.g., authentication tokens via Supabase and security session identifiers). We do not deploy advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.

In accordance with the ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3)) and GDPR, prior consent (a banner) is not required for strictly necessary cookies. Therefore, a cookie banner is not implemented.

Sub-Processors

We use third-party service providers (sub-processors) to help us operate and provide our Service. These sub-processors process your data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Authentication and Database Services: Supabase (authentication tokens, user data storage)
  • Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure: Cloud hosting providers for application hosting and data storage
  • AI Model Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI service providers for document processing and report generation (these providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and not use your data for training)
  • Payment Processing: Stripe and other payment processors for subscription and billing services
  • Authentication Services: Google OAuth 2.0 for user authentication

We may update this list from time to time. If we add new sub-processors that process your personal data, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you of material changes. All sub-processors are required to maintain appropriate security measures and comply with applicable data protection laws.
